Product scans refer to using the image recognition service to extract barcodes, production and expiry dates from product packaging. Each successful attempt to get data this way counts towards your weekly limit on the free plan.

Does image recognition work for all products?

Yes, but the accuracy of image recognition can vary based on the product's packaging and barcode quality. We recommend using clear images with good lighting for best results. Ensure image is not blurry, tilted, distored, too far away.

Can I change my plan later?
